Job Context:
∎ Tekarsh Bangladesh Ltd is looking for some Load & Performance Test Engineer to join its small yet very dynamic team where you will be expected to solve complex engineering problems. You will have an opportunity to participate in the re-engineering of our entire pipeline of services leveraging your past experience and using tools and technologies.
∎ Work Hour: Sunday to Thursday (10.00 AM- 6.00 PM Bangladesh Time or any other overlapping time slot to match the time with US team)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of the application functionality and Non-Functional requirements.
∎ Identify the test environment, test data and access needs.
∎ Create performance test plans, baselines, execute planned tests.
∎ Assist with Troubleshooting & System Tuning.
∎ Provide ownership and accountability for assigned testing, keeping aware of progress and risks per milestone.
∎ Guide and facilitate the development of test scenarios and test scripts.
∎ Contributes with general software quality assurance group tasks
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator
∎ Advanced knowledge of LoadRunner & Performance Center Experience
∎ Experience developing and deploying test strategies for software applications and interfaces
∎ Experience in production application support and incident management
∎ Proven ability to adapt and implement industry-leading software processes
∎ Must have experience with large clients facing software development.
∎ Knowledge of performance and load testing frameworks and tools.
