Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ Graduate in agriculture/ livestock/ veterinary Science/ DVM/ ANIMAL HUSBANDRY
∎ Or any other relevant Educational background.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:

∎ Possible Start of the activities: 1st of March, 2020
∎ ORG CHART POSITION (Reporting and Functional Relationships)
∎ Line Manager: Livestock Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MISSION:
∎ The Livestock Officer is in charge of implementing and monitoring the Livestock-related activities defined in the project proposal and any other activities and assessments.
∎ She/he is directly involved in selection, training and follow-up of targeted farmers
∎ List of Main Responsibilities:
∎ Assessment
∎ Implementation and operational monitoring
∎ Reporting / communication.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years working experience on livestock project
∎ At least 2 years working experience in working with NGO/INGO
∎ Experience on livestock related training facilitation and support and follow-up to beneficiaries.
∎ Males and females are encouraged to apply
∎ Good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
∎ Language Proficiency: Bangla skills are required for writing, typing and speaking
∎ Ability to speak English & Chittagonian dialect in an added value
∎ Well organized and with good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Able to communicate with tact and diplomacy and to work and communicate effectively with community's representatives and beneficiaries.

Salary:
∎ TK. 45700/- (Monthly)
