∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Court Related Issue-
∎ NI act, Artha Rin, Artha Zari and criminal cases filing, Summons Jari, arrange to issue Arrest Warrant and sent to concern Police station.
∎ Make charge hearing, charge frame, witness, cross, defendant witness, argument and bring to judgement.
∎ Arrange to property attachment and auction process.
∎ Communicate with law chamber for case related matter.
∎ Client Visit for overdue Issue-
∎ Maintain good rapport and communication with overdue clients
∎ Visit overdue client premises on regular basis for recovery purpose
∎ Alert client to pay off overdues/full outstanding amount to avoid further legal actions
∎ Collection, Account Settlement -
∎ Try to find out a complete solution for settlement or overdue recovery
∎ Ensure overdue payment from SAM client
∎ Ensure account full settlement
∎ Team Work
∎ Maintain good communications with branches and other related department like operation, legal, CRM etc.
∎ Communicate between external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth work process.
∎ Perform group visit if required.
