Educational Requirements:
∎ Undergraduate degree/ Diploma preferably in International Relations, Communications, Social science, Economic, Statistics, Environmental Science or relevant discipline.
∎ Experience in liaising with district and upazila level field administration, local government representatives
∎ Experience in data collection, administering questionnaires and conducting interviews, data collection and data entry;
∎ Knowledge in information and communication technologies will be an added advantage
Job Context:
∎ JOB TYPE : Daily Basis
∎ Duration : Monthly (for a month)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain close communication with different community members, including chairman and members of the Union Parishad, community leaders and members of community police to initiate and implement DDI data collection process.
∎ Maintain liaison with GoB agencies including UNO office, Project Implementation officer, District Relief and Rehabilitation Officer, Local Government including Upazilla Parishad, Pourosova Parishad and Union Parishad; NGOs working on migration and internal displacement.
∎ Advise data collector team on security and political situation of the locality along with travel arrangements.
∎ Secure necessary approvals at local level related to field level data collection. (Client has already secured same from ministry level for the data collection exercise)
∎ Respond to queries by the data enumerators related to coordination and liaison
∎ Facilitate field level survey, different community level meetings and focus group discussions, participate in discussion with communities on information sharing.
∎ Report to direct supervisor on implementation status and challenges if any to be addressed by the senior management.
∎ Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

∎ Personal competence and full time availability on work days
∎ Effectively coordinates actions with the team members, reporting officers;
∎ Works effectively with local authorities, stakeholders, beneficiaries, and the broader community.
