Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to achieve individual monthly Liability products sales targets (CASA & Term Deposit Products);
∎ Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets;
∎ Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base;
∎ Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels – campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers;
∎ Analysis of financial status to evaluate the credit worthiness of the client;
∎ Collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from potential clients;
∎ Coordinate with line manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports;
∎ Promote specific products as directed by Line Management;
∎ Any other Business Development activities assigned by the Management.
