∎ Preferably 1 (one) year experience in selling related products in Banks or NBFIs;
∎ Result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
∎ Pleasant and presentable personality
∎ Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and target oriented
∎ Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level
∎ Geographic mobility and flexibility

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to achieve individual monthly Business Target of Core Product: Liability/ Personal Loan/ Auto Loan/ Home Loan/ Cards
∎ Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to grow business and achievement of sales targets;
∎ Ensure business targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base;
∎ Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels – campaigns, walk-ins, referrals from existing customers;
∎ Analysis of financial status to evaluate the credit worthiness of the client;
∎ Collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from potential clients;
∎ Coordinate with Team Leader/ Line Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports;
∎ Promote specific products as directed by Line Management;
∎ Any other Business Development activities assigned by the Management.
