4 to 5 years in the relevant position, Compliance Law

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handles company's legal issues related to LABOR LAW.
∎ Maintain communication with various brands regarding labor issues related to compensation, service benefit and labor court cases.
∎ Handle all cases in the Labor Court.
∎ Keep liaison with Police and local administration in order to settle related cases.
∎ Review and provide legal advice to the management regular basis and get the approval from Management/Board of Directors.
∎ Preparation of agreements, contracts, legal letters and documents for ensuring legal immunity for the organization.
∎ Co-ordination with senior Lawyers and law firms regarding various suits & cases and also conducting suits and cases.
∎ Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.
∎ To report company management regarding legal affairs.
∎ Proper Maintaining all files and documentation with confidentiality.
∎ Collect regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance.
∎ To maintain all kinds of labor's legal issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to take good decisions based on judgment are absolutely essential.
∎ He should be keep himself updated with all the legal laws and should be able to apply them in the given situation.
∎ Good Typing skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Thorough knowledge of laws related to labor, occupational safety and environmental and health codes.
