Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Preffered from reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Context:
∎ Knowledge and skills Required:
∎ Thorough knowledge of DRAFTING, VETTING of contract/agreement and other legal documents
∎ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh factory and Labour related laws.
∎ Monitoring and handling arbitration & litigation and other disputes under local laws.
∎ Ability to interact independently with Advocates, Govt. and Police and other related authorities.
∎ Advising Management on legal issues related to business activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling documents, registers, reports and returns as per Companies Act
∎ and various other Statutory Acts; ensuring compliance with Corporate
∎ Governance.
∎ Administration of Agreements (Drafting/vetting /review), contributing in commercial negotiations on various contracts, e.g. Security Contract, Manpower Contracts, service contracts, etc.
∎ Synchronizing with consultants (lawyers, PCS, CA, Bankers etc.) regarding ongoing matters of the Company.
∎ Administering Land on Lease, Stamp Duty Payment and registration of Lease
∎ deed.
∎ Preparing Legal Notices, Petitions, Complaints, Replies and other documents
∎ in connection with the legal cases of the company.
∎ Acquiring all necessary licenses, approvals, permissions from various
∎ authorities and timely submission of returns as per laws applicable for the
∎ factory unit; Liasing with Government officials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good personality, excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, good in Planning & Execution of Legal strategies
∎ Experience in Corporate/Manufacturing unit is preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
