∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Law Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Handle corporate and legal matters such as those pertaining to banking and finance, secretarial, corporate exercises, litigations, HR related matters, intellectual property, insurance or any other related procedures.
∎ • Provide legal advice and support to the Group and top management on all legal matters
∎ • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of various agreements such as sales contracts, procurement agreements, distribution agreement, transportation agreement, tenancy agreement, employment contract etc to safeguard the interests of the Group and ensure that they are in compliance with internal policies and all applicable law
∎ • Manage exposure of the company’s legal risks and enhance the company’s commercial and other interests in accordance with regulatory requirements.
∎ • Liaise and coordinate with external solicitors and other third-party advisors on various legal, corporate and/or litigation matters.
∎ • Keep abreast with regulatory developments and conduct reviews to ensure the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements, for instance those relating to anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, personal data compliance etc.
∎ • Develop and implement regulatory compliance and risk management policies and processes
∎ • Provide employee training on regulatory and internal policy compliance and drive a culture of risk and compliance across the business units of the company
∎ • Support employees to address legal and compliance concerns in the course of their work for the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Knowledge of Bangladesh legislation system
∎ • Member of Bangladesh Bar Council and license to practice in the courts.

∎ • Analysis & Use of Evidence
∎ • Interpreting & Drafting Legislation
∎ • Knowledge legal writing
∎ • Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills
∎ • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
∎ • Based on professional knowledge, should be able to guide the team in problem resolution.
∎ • Active Listening- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and able to provide efficient & productive solutions to assigned problems
