∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in land, litigation, and corporate legal affairs.Preference for candidates with experience in a business conglomerate or law firm handling land-related matters.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead end-to-end legal processes for land acquisition, including title verification, mutation, registration, and drafting legal deeds.Resolve land disputes (ownership, boundary, possession) through litigation or negotiation with courts, AC/ADM offices.Manage company litigation (civil, criminal, regulatory), supervise pleadings, monitor hearings, and maintain a centralized litigation register.Draft, review, and vet contracts and legal documents (JV, lease, commercial, vendor, tripartite agreements).Support corporate legal affairs including company/subsidiary formation, resolution drafting, and corporate governance.Provide legal opinions on land transactions, operational decisions, and risk issues; develop internal mitigation frameworks.Liaise with stakeholders and regulatory authorities including landowners, brokers, government offices, and external counsels.Advise on land-related tax compliance, VAT, corporate tax matters, and resolve tax/legal disputes.Keep abreast of legal and regulatory changes; maintain internal legal knowledge base, compliance checklists, and templates.
