Job Context:
∎ Project: ASHSHASH-Legal Services Provider
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ Reported to: Project Coordinator- ASHSHASH-LSP
∎ Employment Status: Full Time
∎ Job Location: Khulna and Chattogram/ Cox`s Bazar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to implement all project related activities in field level.
∎ Ensure all field level activities in the working areas ASHSHASH-LSP project
∎ Communicate with Lawyers, Probono Lawyers, and all relevant stakeholders.
∎ Receive complaint and conduct legal counselling to file cases and communicate with the lawyers for case progress.
∎ Maintain case management system of two field areas.
∎ Responsible to work as per the action plan and lead the project from the field level.
∎ Organize all field level activities in consultation with the project head and focal person.
∎ Troubleshoot project problems, launch initiatives to reduce operational costs and defects, identify and implement creative solution for smooth project management
∎ Responsible for submitting periodic, activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to implementation to project and organizations management of ASHSHASH-LSP project.
∎ Frequent field visit.

∎ Relevance with 4 years' experience as in the similar position in human rights-based development organization.
