Job Context:
∎ 6 work day per week

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Descriptions:
∎ 1. Give accurate and timely counsel to business in a variety of legal matters
∎ 2. Draft and review agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
∎ 3. Research and evaluate different legal matters regarding business decisions and operations
∎ 4. Advise Company on any new laws, regulations or statues, which will have impact on its business operations and corporate functions
∎ 5. Familiar with Bangladesh law system and maintain current knowledge of alternations in Financial legislation, especially in FinTech
∎ 6. Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice to management on possible legal issues or new regulations impacting the company
∎ 7. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external legal counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
∎ 8. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for businesses.?

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Qualifications:
∎ 1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law Major, having license to practice law is preferable, experienced as attorney/lawyer would be an advantage
∎ 2. Required language(s): English and Bangladesh, Chinese (preferable)
∎ 3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, candidate who has financial background, especially FinTech is preferable
∎ 4. Required Skill(s): legal opinion, research, Economic law,corporate law, document drafting and reviewing, contract law

Salary: Negotiable
