Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, Micro-Credit, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overdue debt management, taking charge of the current overdue debt situation both inside and outside of the company;
∎ Connecting with the borrowers who has delinquency via various methods (including but not limited to: phone call, field collection);
∎ Recording the collection situation, getting information of borrowers and updating it periodically;
∎ To assist in analyzing overdue data, summarizing collection experiences;
∎ Taking active measures to promote collection issues to avoid losses with an effort and make the account due within the definite quota;
∎ Taking charge of the communication with borrowers and cooperation with business department, legal department and risk management department;
∎ Responsible for preventing and controlling all kinds of risks, formulating collection strategies with the default rule of post-lending;
∎ Responsible for team building, selecting and training collection staffs, achieving reasonable echelon construction;
∎ Participating in the construction and development of risk management, exerting professional skills to propose solutions;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to write and speak English fluently, use English as the working language
∎ Able to understand the role of micro-credit loans and credit management
∎ Having minimum 5 years of working experience in credit management, non-performing loan management, business collection or related industry, candidate with team management experience is preferable
∎ Familiar with the whole business process of judgment, analysis, collection, preservation of non-performing loan, having rich experience in post-lending investigation, communication with borrowers, non-performing loan outsourcing and litigation, etc
∎ Able to formulate monitoring modes and post-lending collection strategies according to the change of credit management policy and product;
∎ Familiar with credit management system;
∎ Minimum College degree, major in law is preferable.
