Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Honors and Master’s degree in respective subjects from any reputed University with good academic result and minimum CGPA 3.00

• At least 2 years

• 2 years of working experience in the relevant subject will be given priority.

• Active in any co-curricular activities.

• Interpersonal skills

• Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Email Communication and google all applications.

• Good Command over English speaking and writing

• Must have the capability to conduct classes efficiently both in Bangla and English version.

• Training on teaching methodology will be added as an advantage.

• Preference will be given to those who have certificate of NTRCA.

• Expert in the usage of the google applications.

• Sound knowledge in teaching online using different apps/websites.

• In depth knowledge in the inclusive teaching methods.

• Capability to learn and implement new things/methods.

• Quality to accept the new challenges.

• Conducting Subject related Theory Classes and Online Classes as per NCTB and NU prescribed syllabus.

• Preparing Lesson Plan, question paper, report and worksheets.

• Taking exams and checking answer scripts, taking required number of CT, MT & Presentation.

• Loving and caring the students with joyful and positive motivation.

• Making optimum utilization of class time.

• Ensuring active participation of students in classes.

• Skilled in keeping records both digitally (computerized) and manually.

• Active involvement in different extracurricular activities.

• Developing course curriculum if necessary.

• Reporting online for the work/s.

• Cooperate with the management.

• As per company policy.
