Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and deliver effective lessons in Bangla following the NCTB curriculum for HSC level students.
∎ Develop and update academic materials, syllabus, and lesson plans.
∎ Evaluate and assess students' performance through exams, assignments, and class activities.
∎ Support students’ academic development and provide extra guidance where necessary.
∎ Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, workshops, and seminars.
∎ Engage in co-curricular and extracurricular activities related to language, literature, and cultural programs.
∎ Maintain academic records and submit required reports in a timely manner.
∎ Uphold institutional values and maintain discipline in and outside the classroom.
