Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train local staff for LEAN manufacturing techniques
∎ Implement systems in each department
∎ Make system physically work in the factory
∎ Periodical follow ups for effectiveness.
∎ System sustainability and continuers development

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have minimum 10 years' experience in manufacturing and LEAN culture
∎ Must have experience in executing RMG manufacturing projects managing operational cost (CPM) reductions with proven results in Bangladesh or other countries.
∎ Very good technical experience in product costing to final reconciliations in each operational department in manufacturing industry with Lean application.
∎ Must have industrial technical education from a reputed educational institute preferably in oversees.
∎ Person must be able to base in anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience in dealing with foreign customers directly.
∎ Expertise in training local staff and proven track record in conducting training in manufacturing industry.
∎ Any nationals may apply
