∎ B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed University or equivalent practical experience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer.
∎ Proven track record of designing and developing successful user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
∎ Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
∎ Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into user-centered designs.
∎ Conduct user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and/or mobile applications.
∎ Create and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all products.
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
∎ Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
∎ Participate in the design review process and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
∎ Maintain a strong focus on user experience (UX) principles in all aspects of design.
∎ Deliver high-quality work that meets deadlines.
