Job Responsibilities:
∎ Role Description
∎ The Deputy Manager/Manager, Corporate Sales & Partnership Development will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through the acquisition of corporate clients and developing partnerships with various organizations in Bangladesh. The role requires a deep understanding of the B2B marketplace, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. This is a full-time onsite role located in Dhaka.

∎ Manage the sales pipeline and cultivate leads

∎ Arrange compelling demo sessions to convert potential customers
∎ Prioritize client responsiveness, punctuality, and relationships
∎ Provide essential forecasts, reports, and market intelligence
∎ Represent the Company at local and national exhibitions
∎ Onboard customers and foster lasting communication
∎ Contribute proactively to team accomplishments
∎ Streamline sales through forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic planning
∎ Demonstrate expertise in Corporate/B2B sales and partnerships
∎ Schedule impactful meetings with HR and conduct face-to-face visits
∎ Educational Requirements
∎ MBA in Marketing or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a focus on Service Marketing
∎ Required Skills: Client handling, Risk Management, Sales & Marketing
∎ Experience Requirements: 4 to 6 years Applicants should possess experience in the following areas:
