Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Trainer will be responsible for the overall planning and training of the Helpers for promoting them as Sewing Operator. They will be trained in the Training Center established in the Factory Premises.
∎ Responsible for planning and training the helpers for making them as Sewing Operator.
∎ Need to find out the potential candidates from various departments who can be made as operator.
∎ Prepare the training curriculum and execute it in a way that within shortage possible time the trainees are made operators.
∎ Responsible for overall operation, training and administration of the Training Centre.
∎ Responsible for the safety issues and maintaining compliance requirements of the Training center.
∎ Job Context:
