Strong background in tele-sales / international sales / BPO.
Skilled in sales coaching & revenue scaling.
Night shift experience preferred.
Lead, manage, and scale a team of sales executives and team leads.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with clear accountability.
Monitor team KPIs, including conversion rate, talk time, pipeline health, and revenue.
Act as a sales coach and mentor, not just a manager.
Conduct regular training, call audits, and performance feedback sessions.
Develop structured coaching plans to improve underperformers.
Own end-to-end sales funnel: lead allocation → conversion → closure
Ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets and growth metrics.
Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
Design and optimize sales scripts, workflows, and pitch strategies.
Work closely with marketing and operations for lead quality and campaign alignment.
