Additional Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a 50+ sales team.

  • 5+ years of Sales experience, 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong background in tele-sales / international sales / BPO.

  • Skilled in sales coaching & revenue scaling.

  • Night shift experience preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead, manage, and scale a team of sales executives and team leads.

  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with clear accountability.

  • Monitor team KPIs, including conversion rate, talk time, pipeline health, and revenue.

  • Act as a sales coach and mentor, not just a manager.

  • Conduct regular training, call audits, and performance feedback sessions.

  • Develop structured coaching plans to improve underperformers.

  • Own end-to-end sales funnel: lead allocation → conversion → closure

  • Ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets and growth metrics.

  • Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

  • Design and optimize sales scripts, workflows, and pitch strategies.

  • Work closely with marketing and operations for lead quality and campaign alignment.

  • Implement data-driven decision-making using CRM and performance dashboards.

  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity standards in night shift operations.

  • Ensure proper follow-ups, CRM updates, and reporting structures.

  • Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals
