Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and Manage a team of young developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
∎ Align the team with the company's vision to establish the hub for next-gen tech platforms in Bangladesh and globally.
∎ Collaborate with the CIO to allocate resources effectively for project execution.
∎ Identify skill gaps within the team and facilitate training or hiring as needed.
∎ Work closely with the CIO & Product Management team to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
∎ Ensure alignment between the development team's efforts and the company's product roadmap.
∎ Lead the technical design and architecture discussions for new features.
∎ Mentor team members in choosing the most suitable technologies and methodologies for feature development.
∎ Develop deployment strategies and oversee the rollout of new features or updates.
∎ Implement best practices for monitoring, scalability, and performance optimization.
∎ Expert in Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), and Ruby to design, develop, and maintain server-side components.
∎ Employ microservices-based platforms for scalable and modular architecture.
∎ Manage various database systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, to ensure data integrity and performance.
∎ Create and maintain RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
∎ Implement and manage DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code, using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
∎ Utilize AWS, Digital Ocean, or Cloudflare for infrastructure provisioning and management.
∎ Implement version control best practices using GIT for efficient code collaboration and tracking.
∎ Lead your team in tackling complex challenges, such as implementing new features, bug tracking, and optimizing system performance.
∎ Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver cohesive and user-friendly products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience (4+ Years) in server-side development using Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), and Ruby, along with relevant frameworks.
∎ Strong database management skills, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
∎ Proficiency in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
∎ Extensive experience with GIT for version control.
∎ Knowledge of cloud architecture and experience with AWS, Digital Ocean, or Cloudflare.
∎ DevOps expertise, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
