What You’ll Do
As a Technical Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping our product, tech roadmap, and engineering culture.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of scalable features across backend, frontend, and AI modules
- Collaborate with the CEO, product manager, and designer to translate business goals into technical execution
- Review code, set development standards, and mentor 5–10 engineers
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions (SaaS, API-first, modular)
- Own sprints, code quality, release cycles, and CI/CD pipelines
- Drive decisions on tech stack, tools, and platform evolution
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure uptime & stability
Our Tech Stack
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
- Backend: Node.js, Express, Firebase, PostgreSQL, Python (AI models)
- DevOps: Docker, Cloud Run, Vercel, GCP
- AI: GPT-4, Python-based ML pipelines (HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.)
