Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing Shopify-based e-commerce websites.
∎ Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and plan project timelines.
∎ Architect and develop custom Shopify themes, templates, and functionalities to meet specific e-commerce requirements.
∎ Customize and integrate Shopify apps and third-party APIs to extend the functionality and capabilities of the e-commerce websites.
∎ Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Shopify websites through optimization techniques and best practices.
∎ Collaborate with the design team to ensure a seamless user experience and visually appealing interface for the e-commerce websites.
∎ Manage code repositories, version control, and deployment processes.
∎ Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
∎ Stay updated with the latest Shopify updates, trends, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to existing projects.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Shopify websites, and implement timely fixes and enhancements.
∎ Implement SEO best practices and optimize e-commerce websites for search engine visibility and ranking.
∎ Monitor and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvements.
∎ Keep track of industry trends, emerging technologies, and e-commerce advancements, and propose innovative solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years

∎ Extensive experience in Shopify development, including custom theme and app development for e-commerce websites.
∎ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid language.
∎ Strong knowledge of Shopify APIs and the ability to integrate with third-party systems and services, such as payment gateways, inventory management systems, and shipping providers.
∎ Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries like Bootstrap or React.
∎ Experience with responsive design principles, mobile optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
∎ Expertise in performance optimization techniques for e-commerce websites, including caching, image optimization, and CDN usage.
∎ Strong leadership, project management, and team management skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
∎ Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
∎ Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for e-commerce websites.
∎ Experience with analytics tools and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
