Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (ME) / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a reputed university.
MBA preferred (especially in Industrial Management, Operations, or Quality Management).
Requirements:

Skills Required: QC & Compliance,QC Inspector,Quality assuarance
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Certification in quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software, such as statistical analysis software and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated track record of implementing successful quality control strategies and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control practices in relevant industries.
Responsibilities & Context:
Core Responsibility:
Lead and manage the QC team to ensure product and material quality through inspection, root cause analysis, documentation, cross-functional coordination, and compliance with audit/regulatory standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent product quality during manufacturing; provide training, feedback, and support.
Maintain and report quality documentation, inspections, and corrective actions for audits and management.
Coordinate with Production, R&I, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams on quality issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management/HOD/Supervisor.
