∎ Looking for Lead Generation Team Leader
∎ Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, email, web, and social media outreach
∎ Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead-generation campaigns
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest lead-generation practices and tools
∎ Train and manage a team of lead generation specialists
∎ Develop processes and systems to streamline lead-generation activities
∎ Monitor and report on the progress of lead-generation campaigns
∎ Identify and troubleshoot issues with lead-generation campaigns
∎ Adjust campaign strategies as needed to achieve desired results
∎ Collaborate with the clients to ensure leads are being followed up on in a timely manner
∎ Provide feedback to the clients to improve future campaigns
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ 3-5 years of relevant experience in lead generation
∎ Excellent command of spoken and written English
∎ Excellent communication and project management skills
∎ Proven track record of successful lead-generation campaigns
∎ Experience with CRM software
