Skills & Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in email marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of campaign management tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in lead generation, email marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience managing B2B or B2C marketing campaigns is a plus.

Location: On-site (Dhaka) | Full-time | 9 AM – 6 PM, Sunday to Thursday
Role & Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads for the agency.
- Run email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions.
- Maintain and update lead databases.
- Track campaign performance and report results to management.
