Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB) / Master of Law (LLM) from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct legal research to detect legal compliance requirements/ risk factor/consequences and impact.
∎ Prepare/conduct bank related legal documents i.e. vetting, mortgage deed, tripartite agreement, revocation, redemption, legal notice and others legal documents.
∎ Effective and practical skill in drafting, vetting and perusal of MOU, MOA, NDA, local and cross boundary agreements.
∎ To ensure compliance of vetting opinion/security documents/security process with the existing law of the country.
∎ Practical experience is must in dealing with land/material/machines purchase process including verification of land documents, searching, registration of transfer documents and conducting mutation and related land issues.
∎ Supervision of HR, admin, compliance and others policies.
∎ Carry on other activities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated and Strong organizational skills.
∎ Good command in Computer literacy & MS Office Applications.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication as well as documentation and reporting skills in English and Bangla.
