Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and draft complex contracts related to defence procurement and government tenders
∎ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh's defence procurement laws and regulations
∎ Provide legal advice on international trade regulations and export control laws
∎ Assist in negotiations with international manufacturers and government agencies
∎ Manage legal risks associated with defence and security-related transactions
∎ Stay updated on relevant legal developments in defence procurement and international trade
∎ Liaise with government bodies such as DGDP, BOF, and various law enforcement agencies
∎ Provide legal support for a wide range of products including vehicles, arms & ammunition, security & surveillance equipment, and more
