Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring the DGDP portal (dgdp.gov.bd) daily for new tender notices
Help download and organize tender documents from the DGDP e-GP system
Support preparation of Technical and Financial proposal documents under senior supervision
Assist in physically submitting tender documents to DGDP Tender Box at Sena Bhaban
Help prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), compliance checklists, and product literature
Assist in collecting and organizing supplier/manufacturer documents such as authorization letters and certificates
Support landed cost calculations (freight, VAT, customs duty, etc.) with guidance
Maintain and organize procurement files, records, and correspondence
Assist in coordinating with C&F agents and banks for import documentation under supervision
