Educational Requirements:
∎ Law graduation from any recognized university with membership in Bangladesh Bar Council

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Official assignments shall include undertaking policy/legal research, serve concern notices and legal notices, serve and follow up letters given under the Right to Information Act;
∎ Prepare petitions, applications and other legal documents, appear before courts, tribunals, commissions, administrative, local elected or general people's bodies;
∎ Undertake field visits and support the team to implement the activities as per the agreed plan and quality;
∎ Required to participate in meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, training programs, exchange/exposure visits;
∎ To attend in the project coordination meetings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years experience in the field of legal work;
∎ Capacity to communicate advocacy messages;
∎ Good command over English;
∎ Ability to work independently, and as part of a team;
∎ Ability to organize and contribute to discussions;
∎ Ability to undertake frequent filed travels;
∎ Computer literacy skills (MS word, power point, internet).

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary will be 62,900/= (Sixty two thousand nine hundred) with other benefits as per organization policy.
