Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree from any recognized university preferably LL.B / LL.M (Membership in Bangladesh Bar Council) or Masters in Environmental Science/ Social Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will be responsible for day to day implementation of the project activities at the field level.
∎ Implement the weekly action plan;
∎ Undertake regular field visits and prepare reports, collect documents from the government and relevant departments;
∎ Recommend actions on the basis of the field visits and follow-up accordingly;
∎ Organize events/ programs;
∎ Attend different coordination meetings;
∎ Support in preparing periodic progress reports, case stories;
∎ Communicate with relevant government, non-government offices, professionals, media, local leaders & communities;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in community work, knowledge on environment and development issues will be appreciated;
∎ Needs to have ability to work independently, and lead a team;
∎ Good command over English and Bangla language and computer literacy skills (MS word, power point, internet, Bangla typing).

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary with other benefits as per organization policy.
