Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)/ Master of Law (LLM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land and Legal, Land Documentation, Land Law

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the company from legal points in all aspects.
∎ Provide legal opinion & support to all departments in the company on various kinds of documents & activities.
∎ Labor Court related Case dealings.
∎ Any others complain/ case handling with proper channel.
∎ Maintain & develop relationships with the Law Enforcement Agencies. Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. Organizations such as AC (Land) office,
∎ Provide Legal support to employees' concern issues under Labor laws.
∎ Make a list and regular update of signed/executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry/renewal of each agreement commissioning, etc.
∎ Providing appropriate reporting and information to the company in connection with the activities of the Legal Department.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work knowledge in the garments factory.

Salary: Negotiable
