Educational Requirements:
∎ LLB/ LLM from any reputed university. Membership as an advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing Court case with Advocate and Misc case, Misc case appeal, Misc appeal tribunal personally. Both civil & criminal cases in civil & criminal court and also revenue court.
∎ Vetting land related documents and giving legal opinion.
∎ To prepare the draft of Legal Agreements, Power of Attorney and Legal notice.
∎ To verify land related legal document from respective offices i.e (AC Land, Tohshil Office, LA Office etc.) and solving of any kind of land, building, factory issues.
∎ To obtain NOC from respective authorities
∎ To prepared and execute related mutation from respective AC Land office.
∎ To execute required mortgage formalities in respective SRO.
∎ To prepare Mortgage deeds, Suf-Kabla, Bantonnama, Bainanama, Power of Attorney, Deed of Agreements etc.
∎ To communicate related authorities and prepared land related documents for approval of land project.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Civil Lawyer, Criminal Law, Land Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies, Real Estate
∎ Efficiency in Bengali & English for drafting is a must.
∎ Computer Literary including typing skills.
∎ Punctual/ committed/ enthusiastic/ energetic.
