Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare professional sales & marketing plan & motivate to increase sales.
∎ Execute all sales & marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Ability to deal with clients & follow up sales activities & others.
∎ Sourcing the sales opportunities and marketing potentialities.
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Regularly office.
∎ Emphasis on all dues to collect in due time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must be smart and possess a pleasant personality.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Experience in renowned Developer Company in Dhaka City.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal skill and proactive with positive approach.
∎ Relevant experience in the Developer Company in marketing department.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
