∎ Job Location: Dhaka Area

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination between management and site.
∎ Handling manpower of construction site.
∎ Able to prepare work program, materials indent, estimation of costing, maintain good cooperation with clients, quality of works etc.
∎ To check the construction materials as per quoted specifications.
∎ To prepare drawing of existing and ongoing project.
∎ To measurement of work as per plan and design.
∎ To Prepare & check bill sheet against Work.
∎ Work support mentality urgent situations.
∎ Cooperate and communicate effectively to provide assistance and technical support.
∎ Submit report to the proper authority regulatory.
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Field work experience of Construction of Multi-storied building with Basement.
∎ Must be smart and possess a pleasant personality.
∎ Experience in renowned Developer Company in Dhaka City.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal skill and proactive with positive approach.
∎ Relevant experience in the Developer Company in Civil Engineer.
∎ Ability to work with a professional achieve targets.

Salary: Negotiable
