Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)

• Must have membership certificate of Bangladesh bar council.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Assist the company from legal points in all aspects.
• Provide legal opinion & support to all departments in the company on various kinds of documents & activities.
• Labor Court related Case dealings.
• Any others complain/ case handling with proper channel.
• Maintain & develop relationships with the Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. Organizations such as AC (Land) office,Provide Legal support to employees' concern issues under Labor laws.
• Make a list and regular update of signed/executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry/renewal of each agreement commissioning, etc.
• Providing appropriate reporting and information to the company in connection with the activities of the Legal Department.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
