• Must possess a strong aesthetic sense, be hard working and meticulous with time management skills.     

• Be adept at AutoCAD, SketchUp, M.S Office, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Looking for developing professionally in this sector and committed to detailing and practical applications of design.

• Able to work independently with little or no supervision and also work well with other team members.       

• Good Interpersonal skill.

•  Must be a team player and able to lead a team, when necessary.

• To assist phase 1 & phase 2 architects by designing and execution of landscaping works of all residential and commercial projects.     

• Designing with creativity and innovation, the common spaces including landscaping of rooftops.

• Preparing Architectural detailed landscaping design with concept, presentation and working drawings.           

• To possess and apply in-depth knowledge about detailed drawings and material selections.      

• Has to read, understand and co-ordinate other related drawings like Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing of the building.       

• To meet clients, site engineers and to visit the sites regularly, in order to supervise and ensure excellence in design and construction of it.

• Researching, analyzing & introducing new design trends in bti.
