Must possess a strong aesthetic sense, be hard working and meticulous with time management skills.
Be adept at AutoCAD, SketchUp, M.S Office, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Looking for developing professionally in this sector and committed to detailing and practical applications of design.
Able to work independently with little or no supervision and also work well with other team members.
Good Interpersonal skill.
Must be a team player and able to lead a team, when necessary.
Responsibilities & Context:
To assist phase 1 & phase 2 architects by designing and execution of landscaping works of all residential and commercial projects.
Designing with creativity and innovation, the common spaces including landscaping of rooftops.
Preparing Architectural detailed landscaping design with concept, presentation and working drawings.
To possess and apply in-depth knowledge about detailed drawings and material selections.
Has to read, understand and co-ordinate other related drawings like Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing of the building.
To meet clients, site engineers and to visit the sites regularly, in order to supervise and ensure excellence in design and construction of it.
Researching, analyzing & introducing new design trends in bti.
