Responsibilities & Context:
∎ প্রতিদিন পর্যাপ্ত পরিমান দোকান এবং ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান ভিজিট করা
∎ দোকান এবং ব্যবসার মালিকদের লালামুভ অ্যাপটি ডাউনলোড করতে সাহায্য করা এবং লালামুভ অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের সাথে পরিচয় করিয়ে দেয়া
∎ দৈনিক পরিদর্শন এবং বিক্রয় এর লক্ষ্য অর্জন করা
∎ গ্রাহক এর সাথে দীর্ঘস্থায়ী সম্পর্ক করা
∎ অফলাইন (ট্রাক স্ট্যান্ড) এবং অনলাইন (উদাহরণস্বরূপ সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া) উভয় চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে ড্রাইভার খোঁজা
∎ স্মার্টফোন আছে এমন ড্রাইভার খুঁজে বের করা; তাদের সাথে দেখা করা; তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করা; তাদের রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রক্রিয়ায় সাহায্য করা এবং তাদের লালামুভের ড্রাইভার হিসাবে রূপান্তর করা
∎ প্রতি সপ্তাহে স্টিকার ইনস্টলেশন এবং রিটেনশান এর লক্ষ্য উভয়ই পূরণ করা
∎ প্রতিদিন পর্যাপ্ত পরিমান দোকান এবং ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান ভিজিট করা
∎ দোকান এবং ব্যবসার মালিকদের লালামুভ অ্যাপটি ডাউনলোড করতে সাহায্য করা এবং লালামুভ অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের সাথে পরিচয় করিয়ে দেয়া
∎ দৈনিক পরিদর্শন এবং বিক্রয় এর লক্ষ্য অর্জন করা
∎ গ্রাহক এর সাথে দীর্ঘস্থায়ী সম্পর্ক করা
