∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Diploma in Textile Engineering
∎ Graduation in any discipline (Textile Background/Diploma preferable)

∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ 1-2 years in Testing Lab, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Inspection, preferably in the Label, Trim & Accessories industry.
∎ Writing and speaking in English (Conversational).
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Leadership Skills and communication skills.
∎ E-mail communication skills.
∎ 1-2 years in Testing Lab, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Inspection, preferably in the Label, Trim & Accessories industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct daily lab testing for bulk production and samples.
∎ Prepare testing reports, assessments, and submit them to relevant parties.
∎ Maintain and update in-house lab testing records and trackers.
∎ Ensure daily maintenance of testing equipment and keep records updated.
∎ Verify new development sample quality, conduct required testing, and submit findings to the relevant department.
∎ Inspect and test products at various production stages to ensure conformity with specifications.
∎ Identify non-conformities, implement countermeasures, and execute preventive action plans following the PDCA process.
∎ Document, standardize, and control data while preparing reports, graphs, and charts for analysis.
∎ Conduct technical and compliance audits and manage follow-ups.
∎ Prepare requisitions, overtime planning, and work plans for AQL inspections.
∎ Maintain 5S, implement cost-saving measures, and contribute to process improvements.
∎ Actively participate in departmental team meetings.
∎ Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager as needed.
