Job Responsibilities:
∎ Korean to Bangla and Bangle to Korean interpretation.
∎ Must have garments industry knowledge of production, quality etc.
∎ Ensure to achieve the target of the production and quality given by the management
∎ Capable to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
∎ Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
∎ Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems;
∎ Prepare the work plan /audit & follow up schedule with close coordination of the supervisor;
∎ The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance
∎ Ensure the supervisors are attending to the problems immediately and solving problems correctly.
∎ Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.
∎ Ensure smooth work flow by monitoring
∎ Implementing solutions for the day to day problems which may occurs.
∎ Achieving daily targets meeting production plan
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve contract quantities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15500 (Monthly)
∎ 9100 taka will be give as incentive with salary every month. However, some condition will be applicable for the incentive.
