Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Responsibilities:
∎ Develop program information, case studies, and communication information to support the organization's donor communications stream for marketing and fundraising activities;
∎ Establish M & E system for Emergency COVID - 19 project and produce reports for MI following the MI provided template and time frame;
∎ Produce periodic project progress/management report for the GK / MI project
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the Knowledge Management plan of the project, which includes human interest stories, case studies, project promotional write -up etc.;
∎ Respond to marketing communications needs and requirements from the MI and GK HQ as required; develop an understanding of the need for materials from the field to support MI reporting and communication requirements. Visit different projects site regularly and attend major events of GK;
∎ Establish effective networking with relevant networks, organizations in planning and organizing knowledge events related to Emergency Covid-19 Response Project;
∎ Liaise with photographers, preparing project briefs and developing visual materials to support marketing information and required by MI and GK. Ensure that the marketing/promotional information collected is of the required standards and delivered within the specific timelines;
∎ Work closely with Sr. Program Officer in enriching and updating the web page of the GK;
∎ Play a key role in knowledge integration and dissemination, as well as introducing tools and technology that can enhance the function of the project;
∎ Develop the overall M and E framework;
∎ Develop and maintain a project database that consists of targeted project beneficiaries related to COVID - 19 confinement and/or spread;
∎ Identify, develop and implement modules for capacity development activities/training for project staff on Capturing Human Interest stories and on M & E. Support others project staff in developing a module and materials related to training on communication based on current projects;
∎ Produce required project reports;
∎ Conduct baseline study and final evaluation;
∎ Contribute in developing a quick rapid need assessment for further project development for post Covid -19 situations and develop a concept note based on need assessment and knowledge gathered;
∎ Carry out any other assignments as tasked by the Project Coordinator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five (5) years of work experience with proven track record and exposure to knowledge management and M & E development;
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
∎ Exposure working in a disaster management and emergency response operations organization in a Government and/or National/international organization;
∎ Experience in managing a broad range of activities with various international organizations, partner institutions and stakeholders;
∎ Proficient skills in developing M & Tools and data management;
∎ Proficient skills in capturing, analyzing, managing, retrieving and disseminating information effectively using appropriate data systems;
∎ Good skills of developing a training curriculum through consultations with various stakeholders;
∎ Good skills in developing a variety of promotional materials for audiences with different levels of understanding of the materials or subject matters presented;
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of information and communications technology;
∎ Excellent computer skills mandatory.
