Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge for different types of knitting fabrics like Single Jersey, Interlock, Engineering Stripe, CBC Fleech, Micro Polar Fleech etc.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity
∎ Have to know complete idea on the fabric consumption and knitting dyeing program.
∎ Have to ensure planning, coordinating and monitoring the knitting division
∎ Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Work with other departments for committed orders and monitor production Critical Path to ensure timely delivery
∎ Control wastage of resources, machines, raw materials, chemicals and other accessories
∎ Ensure fabric quality as per buyer's quality standards.
∎ Solve problems through discussion with higher authority.
∎ Have the ability to maintain all kinds of knitting related work.
∎ Must have experience in knitting program set, challan and register maintain.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
∎ Report to Top Management

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments (Knitting)
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills
∎ Must have excellent computer knowledge with English communication skill
∎ Applicant must have skill on team work, work under pressure along with positive attitude
