∎ Proven work experience as a Kitchen In charge.
∎ Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients
∎ Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
∎ Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
∎ Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
∎ Certification from a culinary school or degree in Restaurant Management is a plus.

∎ Manage and motivate kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
∎ Maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
∎ Control food costs and minimize waste through effective inventory management.
∎ Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP).
∎ Develop and implement new menu items and specials.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to create and maintain a profitable menu.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any kitchen-related issues.
∎ Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs.
