Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure prepare of menu items like steaks, cold meat sub sandwiches, fish, poultry-based menu and served to customer with highest standard and quality.
∎ Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
∎ Ensure proper hygiene control, maintain cleaning Schedule and statutory requirement.
∎ Ensure all raw meat cuts, cold meats and application in the menu.
∎ Clients visit to explain uses of Bengal meat raw meat cuts and cold meat. Special focus will be on corporate customers.
∎ Conduct training program for junior team members (Commies Chefs) as per schedule.
∎ Ensure the food menu preparation process as per set recipe and process.
∎ Endorse prepared dishes before serve to customer.
∎ Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times.
∎ Maintain cleanness and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment.
∎ Review status of work and follow-up actions required with the responsible person before leaving.
∎ Maintain product and logistics stocks, ordering, wastage control according to company standards.
∎ Always provide a courteous and professional service and ensure that any guest complaints are promptly rectified and communicated to the head chef.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Knowledge on Hotel Kitchen management
∎ Knowledge on extensive Food and Beverage
∎ Able to give attention in detail
∎ Knowledge of Restaurant Regulations.
