FMCG Sales & Marketing, Key Accounts, Modern Trade, Personal care
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chain shop, Shopping mall, Super store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve SKU's wise sales targets & maintaining sales growth
∎ Must be target-oriented and have to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly
∎ Provide necessary guidelines to the distribution department for smooth delivery
∎ Coordinate with Distribution, Brand, Accounts & other associated departments for smooth operation
∎ Collect market performance report of own and competitor's products to build future sales strategies
∎ Prepare consumer promotional plan of modern trade and execute successfully
∎ Visit the prospective clients and professionals on a regular basis to enhance sales volume
∎ Supervise the client activities in term of achievement of their target, merchandising & display, maintaining stocks, delivery, products availability, product sampling, damage and return
∎ Supervise chain outlets PO, GRN, timely Bill submission, collection and overall month end review
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly & periodical reports
∎ Maintain all kinds of paper works
∎ Any other tasks provided by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-3 years in FMCG, Modern Trade
∎ Self-motivated, Independent & Confident
∎ Strong follow-up skills and determination to succeed
∎ Good communication skills in English
∎ MS Office & PPT Proficiency is essential
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
