Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Training/Trade Course: Tally,ERP
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Computer skill, ERP, tally prime
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ditribution, FMCG Company, Inventory Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, supervising & monitoring of all warehouse activities.
∎ Finished products receiving, storing and dispatching
∎ Ensure proper entry & documentation of all raw materials in Tally and ERP software.
∎ Preparation of Material Receiving Report (MRR)
∎ Create Invoice and Insure delivery for General Trade, Modern Trade & Retail customer.
∎ Update daily stock and deliver to designated person everyday
∎ Prepare near expiry date item list, low inventory item list, and weekly, monthly, half-Yearly, Yearly report as per management requirements.
∎ Maintained Stock register, purchase register (6.1), purchase/sales register (6.2.1), bill invoice mushuk (6.3), VAT Return (6.7), and all other registers as per store management
∎ Adjust return and damage regularly.
∎ Maintain FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Prepare of warehouse SOPs, forms, log books, documents and others documents.
∎ Maintained proper documentation of all materials received, delivered, and the rest of the amount in stock
∎ Generate various reports as required by the Management
∎ To maintain good relationship & working environment with cross-functional departments.
∎ Prepare all warehouse related activities report regularly.
∎ Capable to perform additional tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience at Tally Prime and
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Depot Distribution, Distribution Software, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Manufacturing (FMCG), Warehouse Management, Import & Export
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Cosmetics Industry, Inventory/Warehouse, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Import & Export company.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Over time allowance
