Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the primary point of contact and build long-term professional relationships with clients.
∎ Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain service value.
∎ Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
∎ Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about client behavior.
∎ Help develop initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention.
∎ Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives & manage from beginning to end.
∎ Monitor and manage project performance.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.
∎ Up-sell and Cross-sell a company’s services and solutions.
∎ Prepare reports on account status.
∎ Reviewing account activity reports to identify opportunities to increase sales or retain existing client.
∎ Maintaining liaison between the client and internal teams for timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
∎ Communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed about new services that might interest them.
∎ Build a team gradually to handle all Enosis Solutions’ clients.
∎ Other Adhoc duties related to the position as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Speaking clearly and persuasively in English is mandatory.
∎ Ability to think creatively, strategically, and logical thinking.
∎ Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Meticulous and result oriented.
∎ Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Good command in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
∎ Pro-active and self-driven.
∎ Need to be a team player.
∎ Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent time and project management skills.
∎ Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
