Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead generate & onboard new F Com & E Com Merchants
∎ Manage regular welcome call to new merchants & also manage all churn related call for winback
∎ Increase parcel from regular merchants
∎ Handling day to day issues coming from merchants for smooth operation handling
∎ Manage all new acquisition & Winback campaign
∎ Manage all reporting for F Com & E Com
∎ Manage dedicated merchants from F Com & E Com & work as a relationship manager
∎ Need to visit merchant's place if needed
∎ Any other task assigned by management
