Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying and reaching out to potential organizations for Alternative Distribution / Sales Channel
∎ Taking appointments from those organizations
∎ Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process
∎ Implementing channel marketing plans set out by the channel marketing team
∎ Meeting regularly with counterparts partner organizations
∎ Taking feedback from on-boarded clients and solve those asap
∎ Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the management
∎ Building lead funnel process & supervise the telesales process, set KPI and other tasks for the team members
∎ Doing QA of their calls on a regular basis
∎ Preparing monthly sales report
∎ Planning and executing Lead Campaigns both in online and offline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Expert in negotiation Ecommerce
∎ Partner management & Team Leading
